Superb Support

Gianna C. Was superb at giving support when I needed to upload a new theme. She spent over an hour with me in total. I am not the most technological individual when it comes to website so didn’t understand every step. She asked for access to my website and treated the whole process very professionally.
The issues I had raise were solved. She supported me with some other trivial questions (I found them confusing she did not clearly) and was friendly throughout. She also knew who else I should contact for different issues.
