Supercache files will not be deleted

    I read: PRELOAD MODE activated. Supercache files will not be deleted regardless of age.

    but what if I want to update Supercache files, how can I do that

    Preload mode prevents supercache files from expiring. Expired files are automatically deleted based on the configuration found in the advanced tab. When Preload mode is activated the supercache files will not be deleted based on the configuration found in the advanced tab.

    You are still able to delete all cache files on the Content tab by clicking Delete Cache.
