SuperCache Preload not working

When I click “Preload Cache Now” in WP Super Cache, it says it will begin in 10 seconds. I leave and then go back and click the WP SuperCache “Contents” tab. I then click the link: “Regenerate cache stats.” It always returns a “0” for WP SuperCached pages. 🙁

Can you please help?
