    I found this on the plugin description page: “If for some reason “supercaching” doesn’t work on your server then don’t worry. Caching will still be performed, but every request will require loading the PHP engine.”
    Could you please explain what you mean by “supercaching”?

    Supercaching serves out complete pages that the PHP engine does not need to process again.

    This plugin is not as good as it once was.
