Hi, I am using Superfly menu and think the hamburger button is being blocked by the Complianz plugin as when I disable it, the menu button appears. I saw a previous thread where you suggested adding sf_main-js-extra into the whitelist section in integrations which I have done. I have also added sf_main-js but I am still not getting any luck. All plugins, themes and WordPress are up to date and cache cleared. Would you be able to help please? Thanks

    Hi @mar1as,

Could you disable Twitter, under Complianz -> Integrations and try again?

If this works, I will check to see how we can fix it,

    regards Aert

    Hi Aert,

I have done that and cleared cache but it doesn’t seem to have resolved it.
    Thanks

    Hi @mar1as,

I think this should work if you additionally disable the YouTube integration (Complianz > Integrations).

Let me know whether that solves the issue.

    Kind regards

    Hi,

Yes having both the Twitter and YouTube disabled has fixed it. Will you let me know if you will be able to fix it so I can enable them both again please?
    Thank you.

    Hi @mar1as,

Could you try whitelisting “superfly” as a brute force option, I’m not sure why whitelisting the previous IDs won’t work.

If you can enable Twitter & YouTube again, I can have a closer look. Thanks!

    regards Aert

    Hi Aert,

I added superfly to the whitelist as suggested and the hamburger still showed (Twitter and YouTube still disabled).

Enabled YouTube and the hamburger disappeared.

Disabled YouTube and enabled Twitter and the hamburger is still displaying.

Before contacting you I did disable YouTube (not Twitter) as I thought that might be a problem but it did not solve it. It seems that disabling YouTube combined with having the items whitelisted works.

Just to be clear the hamburger is displaying and I currently have YouTube disabled and the following in whitelisted integrations:
    sf_main-js-extra
    sf_main-js
    superfly

    Many thanks

    Hi Jarno,

Thank you for your reply but this ticket is not resolved yet.

I followed the steps suggested by Aert and provided careful feedback so you could look into seeing if you could provide a fix for the problem.

Obviously it is not suitable to have YouTube disabled but it is the only way to have the hamburger showing.

Could you please let me know if this is something you will be able to fix?
    Thanks

    Hi @mar1as,

Of course, I seem to have glanced over this.

For this to work whilst at the same time having the YouTube integration activated, please try adding SFM_template as the URL to be whitelisted under “Whitelist a script, iframe or plugin”.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno
