• Supersonic is not purging posts automatically. When I try to purge one by one, this error message appears:

“Purge failed: An undocumented error has occurred. Please reference error #-972: Operation timed out after 2001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received for “http://……/new-page/”

When I try to delete directly on Cloudflare site this error message appears:
“One or more cache purge errors (Code: 1016)
Unable to purge http://…./new-page/ (Code: 1015)”

It’s the first time we record an error when purge a post on Cloudflare site. This never happened before. Now, I don’t delete the entry through the Supersonic nor through Cloudflare.

In Supersonic config there is a warning: “There are 5868 pages in queue to purge from CloudFlare cache. Purge now!”

I clicked ‘Purge now!’ and nothing happened.

What is the solution to this problem?

Supersonic version is 1.3.7. I have not used Supersonic before. Cache plugin I have installed is W3 Total Cache, connected to Cloudflare.
