Superuser deleted

    We stopped working with the former superuser well over a year ago, though he told me when we parted that he had given me superuser status. Wrong, but based on that misinformation, I deleted the superuser. Ok, that was dumb, but now how do I re-create a superuser and assign it to myself?

    More info:

    – for my user, noted as an Administrator, the value in wp_usermeta is:
    wp_capabilities a:1:{s:13:”administrator”;b:1;}

    – for the user I created using the procedure suggested by Wooninjas:
    wp_capabilities a:1:{s:13:”administrator”;s:1:”1″;}

    While the wp_capabilites values are different, both are noted as Administrators, and Themes Options is absent for both.

    Is there any way to edit the database to make one a superadmin?
    Or any other method?
