    We offer support to paying customers, and often to free ones too, depending on the issue. If you’re a paid version customer you can submit a ticket to [email protected], or e-mail me directly at [email protected] if for some reason you are unable to receive e-mails from our ticketing system.

    Thats totally true.

    I just did a pre-buy question and I am getting all the support.

    The support is ok. No problems with that.
