I was on the free version of PmPro. To be honest, it does the job. The plugin does what it says on the box.
Why did I upgrade? The amount of addons you get with full membership, it is an obvious decision, it gives you more flexibility.

But most important, you have access to EXPERTS. Any problem, any idea you have for your website, any issue you may face to realise your vision for your website to do with membership rules/restrictions/functions. Having full membership is like employing a world class workforce all aiming to bring your vision to reality.

I had an issue regarding coding – php. I have no website, or coding experience, I haven’t a clue. I asked for help.
This time I was put on to a Team Member called Sam T. What a guy. He took the time to totally understand what I needed my website to do. He understood I am uneducated in this field. What did he do? He wrote out the full code necessary to complete the function and he instructed me on how to engage it. It took days to get this done and after a while I felt I was being a bother to him BUT NO, he had the patience and in a way he also educated me on certain things giving me more confidence to tackle certain technical things.
I can’t thank Sam enough and this is a 5 star review. I am TOTALLY Happy, so happy I have written an essay.
