How do I get any support on Tutor LMS as there a a number of things that have stopped working since the update has been applied.

I am very sorry for the issue. Can you please tell me which theme you are using and also did you override Tutor LMS templates. If you override Tutor templates, then you need to update those templates. Also, you can check your website with a different theme.

I checked your screenshot. On Tutor 2.0 on the details page, we showed full details. because it’s not possible to show everything on this page. Then it will look good.

But that would mean having to go into each test individually. We have over a thousand test taken, sometimes 30 or 40 a day, to do this would be very time consuming, The previous version did show what quiz was completed. There is also no export function to get the responses out on mass

I am very sorry, we change our design system according to the user’s feedback. We optimize our report system and added new options.

Can you please advise me on how I can export the quiz responses out of the system on bulk, as it is not practical to use i the current format, Can you also advise why the same information is duplicated on the quiz response list page under Quiz information and Course.
Also the categories area has stopped working with the course category page showing all courses whether they are in the category or not, see screen shot

I am very sorry there is no way to bulk export quiz responses. The duplicate and category issues will be fixed very soon.
