We are a paid customer for the pro version and you are not responding to any of our tickets – three in the last week.
I’m sorry, but here’s the problem: the author cannot support customers in these forums. They’re not allowed to here and could get into trouble if they do that.
For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

And there lies an even bigger problem. Purchasing software that has doesn’t work as it’s designed, and the not being able to get support on said software.
I understand that I can’t get support in these forums. I just hope these posts spark a reaction from the developers.
