Support Advanced Custom Fields

Hello,

Unfortunately, the plugin only parses the main content and so doesn’t recognize headings that are inserted in “Advanced Custom Fields”.

Is there a way that the “LuckyWP Table of Contents” plugin also recognizes Headings, that were put in Advanced Custom Fields?
