Support all TLDs by default

    Is there a reason for not supporting all the current TLDs by default or at least having a checkbox option to support all of them?

    Currently every siteadmin using the plugin would have to obtain a list of all TLDs in order to have a site that supports automatic hyperlinking of all URLs regardless of the destination domain’s TLD. Our sites at least would want to support all of them equally.
