Hi – I am curious if the plugin does not work with different woocommerce order status. We have a process where an order is pending for approval. Once we review and mark it for approval the user can pay for the product but its in an ‘approved’ status. Curious how your plugin can change it from ‘approved’ to ‘completed’ at this moment it does not. Thanks.

    Hi @mikewhyatt84

At the moment, the plugin supports only the default WooCommerce order statuses (for example, Processing → Completed).
Custom statuses such as “Approved → Completed” are not yet supported, which is why it isn’t triggering in your current workflow.

    The good news is:
    > Custom order status support is already planned for our next release, so your use case will be fully compatible soon.

If you are in a hurry and need this functionality immediately, feel free to let me know — I can provide you with an updated ZIP file via WeTransfer before the official release.

If the plugin has been helpful or has simplified any part of your workflow, we would truly appreciate a 5-star rating. Your support motivates us to continue improving the plugin. ⭐

Thanks again for your feedback and patience!

    Hello @mikewhyatt84

Thanks again for your detailed question — and good news for you! 🔧 Update regarding custom status support (Approved → Completed)

You mentioned that your order flow is:

    Pending → Approved → Completed

You can configure this under the Advanced tab of the plugin settings.
Look for the option “Enable Autocomplete for Custom Order Status” — enable it, then a dropdown will appear.
Select your custom status (e.g. Approved) and save the settings.

    Check out this: Workflow Screenshot

Previously, the plugin only handled default WooCommerce statuses (e.g. Processing → Completed), which is why orders staying in Approved did not auto-complete.

I’m happy to confirm that custom order status support has now been implemented, and orders can now automatically transition from “Approved” → “Completed” based on settings you configure inside the plugin. What this means for your workflow

✔ You can use Approved as an intermediate status
✔ When you move an order to Approved, the plugin can automatically mark it Completed
✔ Works even when payment happens later
✔ Order notes will log the transition clearly

    (Example from the new update)

Order automatically moved from “Approved” → “Completed”.

This enhancement will be included in the next release update, so your workflow will be fully supported out of the box.

If the plugin has been helpful or this update solves your workflow, it would mean a lot if you could take a moment to leave a 5-star review ⭐ — it motivates me to keep improving and adding more features for users like you:

Thanks again for suggesting this — your use case helped shape the upcoming update!
