Support? Documentation?

I’m kind of new to WordPress and have taken on helping a friend with their site — so I’ve inherited this Minamaze them. It looks like they’re using the Free version of this theme. (?)

Anyways, I can’t find any help/support on this theme. I’ve looked on ThinkUp Themes website, did a Google search and even looked on YouTube. And yet I see rave reviews on their Customer Support.(?)

What am I missing? How do I ask a question or get answers? Do I have to pay in order to have just simple questions answered?
