• I tried out the free plugin to see if it was going to work for me and I ran into some issues so I posted two different problems on the forum to get a response from Imagely/Nextgen Galleries. I received only one response for two different problems in 4 days which didn’t resolve either of my problems. You would think if they want people to upgrade to the paid versions they would be a little more pro active in answering the posts and helping. So this just raises a red flag to me and tells me if I upgraded to one of the paid versions they probably wouldn’t be there to help me then, either. Not really impressed with their support.

    I’m really sorry to hear this, @larryfields007. I understand your concern about the response time from us in supporting the plugin. I assure you that we care deeply about our users and how our plugin performs. We do not offer support for our free plugin, but we do offer dedicated support for our premium plugins for NextGEN Gallery. Even though we don’t offer support for NextGEN Gallery [free], we do make it a point to get into the forums at least twice a week and reply to high priority threads. As time allows we reply to others. In your case, both threads were regarding the same topic; the clarity of the gallery thumbnails. I’d be happy to continue to work with you on that. You had posted on Friday and we were responding that very same day. We’re away on the weekends and wouldn’t be back into the forums to check on the threads until today (Tuesday). Please keep in mind that our pro members do receive dedicated support.
