    The plugin has broken several times. We purchased the premium version for the automatic import feature which regularly fails. When contacting support, their reply was to use the manual function which isn’t why we purchased this plugin. When asked for a refund they simply confirmed that we canceled the renewal and haven’t responded to us at all. disputing this with Paypal.
