    I am hoping 2017 leaves us with BIG things BUT to get there takes some work.

    SO…..

    I have a site up and running for many years and have now changed over to Woocommerce. It is idle at the moment as i am still in planning for a new venture. However; is there a support plugin that can be loaded – what i need is if someone emails [email protected] then I would expect them to get an automated response with a reference number. If they respond again it would not log a new support ref but update the same support ticket.

    In short:
    1. email received
    2. support ticket initiated
    3. email sent
    4. customer respondes
    5. support ticket updated with info
    6. replay email sent

    That sort of thing. The customer should aso be able to log in to their profile and see the support ticket detail.

    Possible?
