    Hi,

    I couldn’t find any post related to my issue hence created on. Hope I get some help.

    While testing the plugin as a test account with Live.com account, all the support ticket emails are going to Junk Folder (Client). Also I have got Autoforward setup on support email (Agent) to go to my personal account and it is not happening. Although it does work for other emails but not for emails coming from Awesome Support Plugin.

    Is there any way to add a link/text on each ticket page (which is essentially a WordPress post in form http://www.abc.com/need-help/) because user gets stuck if he/she wants to go to see all tickets or create a new one.
