Hello,
I bought the licence for WP Job Manager plugin, which give me access to ticketing support.
I opened a ticket 2 weeks ago and didn’t get an automatic response, without thinking much of it. But today, I see I got no answer, I just opened a new ticket and saw that indeed I didn’t receive any kind of response when submitting it, again.
Is your ticketing system broken ?
