• An issue with the recent release caused a fatal error on my site due to problems between WordPress and the Jetpack plug-in. IT support is totally non-existent. This is extremely frustrating, particularly when caused by a poor release. Caused a significant loss of production time. Completely removing this plug-in and using an alternative.

    Hi there,

What’s your site’s address and what’s the exact error you got?

We’d love to help you fix that and make Jetpack work again with your site.

    IT support is totally non-existent.

I’d also like to point out that you can always reach our support at either https://jetpack.com/contact-support/?rel=support or https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/jetpack/ (where you can see that we answer all threads at least once a day)

While I appreciate the offer to assist, but a week after I was already able to dig around and resolve the issue on my own is a bit too late. I’ve already deleted the plug-in. Also James Huff, thanks for the obvious information. I did that. As I said, IT support was non-existent when it was requested. Plug-in deleted. I moved on.

I assume you mean we didn’t reply? We do reply to everyone, but perhaps the reply wasn’t received.

If you’d please share either the URL of the affected site, or the first part of the email address (before the @ symbol), I can use that to track down what happened.

Non-existent = useless. They did not give a darn. Had no desire to really help. Blew it off.

As I said, I deleted the plug-in. Problem solved. Trying after this fact is utterly pointless and only now making the issue worse. This will be my last comment. PLEASE stop now.

That of course is not the quality of support we’d like to offer, I’m sorry about that. 🙁

If you let us know the details asked for earlier, we can track down what went wrong and see about improving it.

    If not, I understand.

    We wish you the best.
