Yes it shows, when i log in as admin.
Yes that is about the way i look after. I don’t want anyone accessing the files directly. Only through a page like the test page.

If that’s the case, your file is protected and can only be accessed if you are logged in as an admin user.
To clarify, the free version of PDA only provides file access permission to:
- Admin users (by default)
- The file’s author
If you want to specify who can access your protected files, such as users, logged-in users, or custom roles, you will need our PDA Gold plugin.

If you mean any other ways is a different PDF viewer plugin, then yes.

Only the authorized user can access/view your protected PDF files.
If you want to everyone can access it through the “test page” but not on the direct link to the file, you will need to use PDA Gold and PDA Private Magic Link extension.

But what if i buy it as a lifetime? does the extension then going to be a extra fee still?
If you have a PDA Gold lifetime subscription, you only need to pay for the extension once.
