which of our capabilities has to be given to a user, to grant access to Smart Slider. There is one more important capability, that has to be given to these users, which was made by WordPress:
unfiltered_html
Probably this will be the issue at your case too, as editors don’t have this capability by default. In multisites you cannot even grant this capability to them. But in that case as you see here:

you could write your own plugin to overwrite this WordPress limitation.
