Support for enclosed content in [amazon_link] shortcode

First of all, thank you for this great plugin, it makes working with Amazon partner links really easy.

It would be even better if it was possible to include enclosed content from the shortcode in a custom template. For example if I use the shortcode like this [amazon_link]Text Description[/amazon_link] I would like to access the text “Text Description” in my custom product template (e.g. as {{enclosed_content}} ).
This would allow me to create a custom product container with my own product description.
