Support for form submission error

    Hi,
    I need support for the form on my website.
    Whenever a form is submitted it shows a not sent error with a red cross mark on the top and ‘undefined’ written below.
    However, a confirmation is correctly sent to the email id of the submitting party and a form entry is created in the plugin.

    Hi,

    Please make sure your SMTP is configured correctly and working properly (if you’re using an SMTP plugin). Once SMTP is working without any errors, this issue should be resolved.

    Let us know if it persists after confirming SMTP is working.
