Support for MailChimp list groups?

Two feature requests that would make this plugin even greater 🙂

1) Support for groups in lists, so that e.g. all members would be added to the same member list, but different levels could be added to different group(s) for better mail targeting
2) Dropdown in the membership level settings for choosing the connected MailChimp list instead of error-prone text input
