Support for multilingual websites

Hello!
Awesome Support is indeed awesome, but I’m having trouble using it with my multilingual website (www.caipps.com – Customer Area).
The plugin is being correctly translated into the different languages of the website, but every time I set the plugin pages (Ticket Submission and Tickets List) in one language, it automatically loses the definition and the theme stylesheet for the other languages.
And when a support user creates a new ticket in a language other than English (standard language), they get redirected to a 404 error page (although the ticket is correctly submitted), because of the missing language code in the ticket URL.
Do you think you could help me out?
