Support for multiselect custom fields

    Hello,

    On Zendesk’s side, you can create multiselect ticket fields but this plugin only seems to support dropdowns.

    Do you plan on adding support for multiselect fields? Because that would be amazing!

    Hi @josephdevsimp,

    We’d like to add this in a future update, however it may take some time to create it. Unfortunately I can’t guarantee it will be coming any time soon.

    It is definitely on our roadmap though. I’ll add your vote for this feature.
