Support for Pro

Hey,
I have the Pro version and need support because I initially installed the plugin on staging and it’s not working on production. I tried contacting through the only form I found on your site but haven’t received an answer – I was expecting something automatic at least to let me know that the form was submitted. I know I submitted it only on Friday and you might not work on weekends, but still wanted to check here in case there is some other form I should have used instead.
