    Hey,

    I have the Pro version and need support because I initially installed the plugin on staging and it’s not working on production. I tried contacting through the only form I found on your site but haven’t received an answer – I was expecting something automatic at least to let me know that the form was submitted. I know I submitted it only on Friday and you might not work on weekends, but still wanted to check here in case there is some other form I should have used instead.

    Anyway, here’s what I sent you:

    Could you provide more info on how is not working on your prod site? Any specific message?

    I imagine you are hitting the limit on the license and can’t deactivate it on your test sites. I added a site quota as a quick fix, please try now.
