Support for PRO version

I’m wondering if there is an issue with the support for PRO version. I filled in a support request last Thursday (regarding http://www.sherazyousaf.com), and have sent three follow-up emails, but had no response. Seeing that other users are complaining of the same thing, perhaps there is an issue preventing users receiving replies. I have checked my junk mail and nothing has come through there either.
It does seem a little crazy that lite users have a support forum which gets checked regularly, but if you have paid for the product, you’re not allowed to use it.
