Support for XML-RPC Uploads

I notice this topic was also posted a year ago, but has since been closed with no replies.
It would be great to see support for uploads via XML-RPC. Many of my posts, especially image posts are handled via Pressgram which posts via XML-RPC. Any possibility of adding this feature in the near future? Thanks for a great plugin!
