    Hi,

I’m currently discussing an issue in a thread on the support forum.

For some reason, when I try to post a reply the page reloads but my reply does not seem to have been posted. I’ve tried doing this several times in various browsers to no avail.

Is there some kind of caching issue that I should be aware of?

It could be caching or it could be the spam filter. Personally, I would not worry about it, either way your post will make it to the forum.

OK, I see what’s going on.

You post, don’t see the result post, don’t see the result, post etc. You did that 19 times and THAT would trigger the spam filter in a snap.

Try and be patient and not repost. Reloading the page is fine but reposting will create a duplicate post that you probably will not see.

Oh right, I’ll exercise a little patience in the future then.
It’s frustrating that the reply doesn’t show up right away though.

Thanks for your help on this.
