Support icon wrong URL

    Hi there

    i really like your plugin 🙂

    But i’ve a little issue, the support icon doesn’t link to the proper page, when clicked it redirects to the homepage…

    The URL linked is: http://www.mypersonalwebsite.com/?page_id=

    How to fix?

    Hi,

    Most probably default page is not properly set.
    Make sure default page is set properly.
    Admin > Help Desk > Configurations > Default page: select page that have JS Help Desk short code
