Support is less desirable

I’ve been using the plugin Events Calendar Plus for years. The support was awesome. I made a mistake an bought pro. I need plus to create tickets for sale. I let the subscription laps and ran in to renew bought the wrong one. Now tickets I have people can’t purchase. I have been 2 days trying to get support. When I create a ticket there is no email saying they received my ticket. There has also been no response. I need to find a new solution.
