    This is a great programme, but I have a problem with the latest update, 3.31.9. I sent several emails (10) asking for help to solve the problem, but to no avail. There was one person who kept me waiting, a certain Mihai. At his request, I even emailed him my login details, but I didn’t even get a response. It’s a shame that this is how things have turned out, but support is really necessary, and after sending repeated emails without a response, you naturally give up (which may be the intention). The problem is still there, and I can’t complete the update. I would give the programme 5 stars, but 0 stars for the support.

    Okay, thanks for the feedback Mihai, but that doesn’t solve my problem. I installed the new 4.0 updates, but the problem remains the same. Why update if you change the size of your photos? I find it hard to believe that my problem is unique. Reporting it again doesn’t seem like a solution to me, because then we’ll be back to square one.

    I definitely shouldn’t update the plugins. Fortunately, I always have a backup of my website. I’m still disappointed. Maybe you have a solution after all.
