Support is so dissapointing

This plugins premise is actually something that can be great. However, the support they offer for paying customers who have premium version is very disappointing. I have sent an email and no response for 1 week. All this while I lose money on Facebook ads daily. I’ve complained but the ignore me. You can have the greatest plugin but if your support sucks then it’s not worth it.
