    Hello,
    I was communicating with support via email since 30/06/2021 (Ticket #76840271) because my site doesn’t seems to cache…
    I provided the litespeed report as asked by support and since tha moment 3 weeks ago… nothing… I asked the support for an update several times… but I never got an answer…

    I’ve checked our records. We never got your email with the LS report number. The last record of our communication with you was our email sent out to you with the request for the LS report number. As we didn’t get your response, the system marked the ticket as “closed”. Maybe, by the time you responded to our email request, the ticket had already been closed in our system. After all, it’s already been more than three weeks.

    Anyway, I looked at your site and saw something abnormal. While I see the response header ” x-litespeed-cache: hit ” in the developer tools, I do not see ” <!– Page generated by LiteSpeed Cache….. ” at the end of the source codes. I notice you’re using Cloudflare. I wonder if you have CF APO enabled. If so, it’d be a problem, because it is known to interfere with LSCache. You need to disable CF APO if you want to use LSCache without any issues.

    one of our staffs responded you 3 weeks ago , but never received your reply until @tenkstars sent you message again 5 hours ago

    please DO NOT respond to the mail you received on that ticket , it won’t work , as matter of fact , at beginning and at end of ticket notification messages, it asks you don’t reply in mail directly but go through the ticket page.
