I really appreciate that. It’s noon here on the 31st CST, and I still haven’t heard back. I also need to purchase another plugin for another client and am currently unable to do that either.
Still, no response from support. How long is this going to take? 4 days is too long.
It’s been a week and nothing. I REALLY need help with this.
