Support makes false assumptions

I posted a question about a problem with this plugin. I said that the site I am using does not have a builder tool (some WordPress plugins actually don’t). I said that when customizations are needed I add code.

They said, “So in this case that you custom code how your page is developed, such incompatibility is not a surprise.” Now the site is mostly dependent on the theme with some CSS and a few tweaks to a child theme that do not affect how the dashboard works.

It behooves tech support to ask questions when there could be ambiguity.
