Support mobile?

    I installed this plugin to my wordpress site and it work fine.
    However, my target is using webapp to upload picture with smartphone.
    I use other plugin called mobapper and it can access my wordpress site.
    However, the upload photo function seems doesn’t work on mobile.
    Is this plugin support?

    browsing and uploading with smartphone using popular browsers works fine.
