    VERY VERY URGENT!!!!! We cannot enter the protected areas with the password anymore, please help!

    – a link to your website where the problem occurs

    all protected areas we cannot access anymore (Geschützter Bereich)

    – which protection mode you are using PASSWORD

    – the page builder (if there is one), that you use WP BackeryPageBuilder

    Hey @contenter,

    thanks for your report.

    1) Do you already use “Areas”?

    An area shortcode: [passster password=”123″ area=”123″]
    The deprecated shortcode will no longer receive any updates and may clash with page builders: [passster password=”123″]your content here.[/passster]

    2) Pagebuilder support

    When using a page builder, it’s recommended to activate “Reload after successful validation” and “Use Cookie” in Passster->Options to make sure the protected content is getting rendered correctly.

    Most page builders don’t support ajax unlocking ( Gutenberg/Block Editor does)
