    I bought an addon but it didn’t have the features I wanted, the site says 100% money back no questions asked, but they have not replied after almost 2 weeks.

    You bought the premium addon and this one is totally free.they are not the same.
    Anyway.I am sorry for any inconvinience.

    No, they are not the same but you do upsell in the plugin and in the plugin page so this review is 100% valid.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales or refund topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
