    Hello,
    We had already 50 members before selecting PMPro for our NGO. Our membership activation fee is 500INR and monthly recurring is 100INR and all members already paid us activation fee offline. So we have created a Level and set activation fee 0INR, and recurring 100INR and told all users to register themselves. When everyone registered, we again set the activation fee to 500INR and recurring to 100INR. And we are using Stripe gateway, but none of users are getting monthly bills neither getting charged as monthly. Also they users who applied the membership with 500 activation fee and 100 recurring fee their membership is automatically got cancelled on first recurring date however we set expire to never. Kindly help us to figure out to issue. Many thanks!

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro, I’m sorry to hear about this issue you are facing.

    Would you mind telling me which Add Ons you are using on your site and if you have any custom code running on your site?

    To confirm, do the user’s get automatically billed in Stripe but orders aren’t being shown inside Paid Memberships Pro?

    At checkout, a subscription should be created within Stripe and Stripe should process the subscriptions and send a notification to Paid Memberships Pro (your site) via webhooks.

    Hello, Thanks for your reply.

    Yes, you’re right, we are running some add-ons and custom code to collect user billing and personal information.

    They are below add-ons:
    Paid Memberships Pro – Register Helper Add On
    PMPro Customizations

    Stripe doesn’t billing automatically.

    Thanks for the feedback Natan Ray, the checkout page shows that the level is correctly setup.

    A subscription should be created inside Stripe at checkout, I tested this on my test site and it works as intended.

    Would you mind running a test checkout and see if the subscription is created inside Stripe and cross-reference the order with the Stripe subscription.

    Thanks for your kind response.

    As well as an invoice should be auto generate in clientarea, so that they can pay the invoice when they want. Is this possible?

    This is not possible with Stripe. You would need to use the Pay By Check payment gateway to support an offline (pay when you can) method.
