We’re sorry for the problems caused, we had a lot of issues lately with our support system where tickets never reached us and even some tickets got closed/removed from the system without them actually being taken care of and we became aware of this issue only recently when you and few other users contacted us via WordPress Forums.

Apologies for the delay. We’ve been migrating our ticketing system to better support the increased demand we’ve been experiencing. During this transition period, some threads were no longer notifying us of updates.
