    What happened to you guys? I’ve got unanswered support chat over a week old and unanswered emails to [email protected]. Everybody OK? Are you guys out of business? What’s up?

    Do you have any other methods of contact? Tried messaging on Facebook too, but that’s the only other thing I can find. No phone number, right?

    We’re sorry for the problems caused, we had a lot of issues lately with our support system where tickets never reached us and even some tickets got closed/removed from the system without them actually being taken care of and we became aware of this issue only recently when you and few other users contacted us via WordPress Forums.
