    Hi,
    We use an email-based support system. Replies to your support tickets will be sent directly to your email inbox. There’s no other place where you can find them.
    The widget mentioned in that changelog is where you can start a ticket. It’s a beacon that appears on your site’s dashboard once you install AyeCode Connect.

    It doesnt actually show me anything different in WP, hence why I asked where exactly do I find this in WP ?
