    Hi all,

    I am looking for a support ticket system that:

    As front end usability

    Works without the need for users to register as this is being used for other purposes

    Any help from people who have used this kind of plug in before would be very much appreciated.

    Anyone got an update for this? Or know of any premium plugins that offer.
