    I patrol this forum every few days, at least, so I would expect a reply anywhere from almost immediately (if I happen to be in the forum when you are) or up to 3 days.

    If you’ve purchased the plugin, we provide one on one support outside of these forums (available via e-mailing [email protected]). That is typically answered within the hour, during normal business hours, depending on volume.
