• This is so sad. I became so excited about working with a company that had so many different plugins that all promised to work together seamlessly that I purchased the highest level of 3 different Fluent plugins on Nov. 19, 2024. I purchased the lifetime form builder $600-ish, the highest level fluent CRM, and the lifetime new fluent Community plugin ~ $900-$1000, can’t remember exactly. Just days after making the purchase I tried to build one of their conversational forms and it absolutely did not go well. The side by side layout options are smashing up my images within the form builder itself once placed on my wordpress page – looks perfect on the admin side. I’ve sent multiple messages to support, one of my requests was answered only to say that it worked best if I didn’t put the form in a container, which won’t work because then you can’t add margin around it. I did it anyway and sent the link that showed no change. They have completely and entirely ghosted me for the last 3 days. Finally this morning I requested a refund for the form builder only – hopefully the other plugins will work as adveristed – no response. It looks like I’ll be forced to dispute the charge since I’m well within the 14 day refund policy. It’s unfortunate because I weirdly just liked the company’s youtube videos and the general vibe of how I thought they would treat their customers. Be careful before spending money with them.

    UPDATE:

    Since my review I did receive an excellent response from FluetForms. First I will say that there was some email issues that were no fault of FluentForm which resulted in my not realizing they had sent a reply. Secondly while I think the conversation form needs to be improved so that it works seamlessly as a full, landing page OR within a section; Amimul went into my site, added custom CSS and provided me with an EXCELLENT loom video showing me exactly how he did it and how to fix another issue I was having in the email confirmation. THANK YOU Amimul for restoring my views of the Fluent family of plugins and helping me to eagerly continue my learning of your tools.
