Support – waiting time

    Hello,

    I did send an support email to [ redacted, support is not offered via email, Skype, IM, etc. ] four days ago and I didn’t received any response till today. :/

    So I post my problem here:
    When I use [wp_file_manager_admin] the FM shows up in frontend.
    But when I use such tag-> [wp_file_manager lang=”fr”] I always receive message – Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.
    I added User Role Restrictions to Subscribers and the File Manager still doesn’t show up in frontend. Also it doesn’t show up for Administrators. :/
    Shouldn’t I use [wp_file_manager] instead of [wp_file_manager_admin]? Why this isn’t working? Am I doing something wrong?

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
