Support website with time tracking

    Dear all,

    I am currently researching the possibilities to create a website using WordPress and of course several plugins.

    The concept website is as follow:

    – Front-end: A subscribed user ask a question
    – Back-end: Expert answers back to this question, the time spent is deducted from the subscriber’s account.

    Do you know which plugin(s) can satisfy this use case ?

    I initially thought about WordPress coupled with Zen Desk for the question part (as the use cases are similar), but then what about the billing and time tracking per questions ? WooCommerce perhaps ?

    Considering what you’re trying to achieve (so a support portal with user roles, as well as tickets with time deduction (or some other currency)), I’m afraid there is no “one-solution”. There are plenty of plugins that would enable user roles, or let you create a custom post type, but actually putting everything together will require some coding.

    I’d honestly recommend hiring a freelancer if the budget permits.
